Support and assist the lab supervisors/chemists by performing routine and non routine lab analysis on raw material, finished product and in-process samples supporting plant operations.
Qualified and certified in Polymer lab posts with 100% performance history and data integrity.
Perform test analysis on equipments such as Melt indexers, FTIR, Gas Chromatography, Optical Control System, Viscometers, Differential Scanning Colorimeter, Densimeter, Compression moulding, Izod Impactor and Injection Moulding.
Perform Quality Control (QC) analysis of samples according to in-house, ASTM, and other approved test methods in accordance with the standard operating procedures for batch release and generation of certificate of analysis.
Assist the Quality and Technical engineers in adhoc/non-routines and customer feedbacks.
Provide assistance to Technical for lab trials for new products.
Enter test results into LIMS for generation of reports and batch release accurately and timely manner and in conformance to DIAF requirements.
Used LIMS to track and manage day to day data entries.
Able to troubleshoot instruments or results in out-of-control situations by selecting corrective steps.
Minimized lab accidents by adhering to safe work practices and procedures.
Maintained documentation on tests performed in lab.
Maintained safe, tidy and organized laboratory environment for accurate test results.
