- ICS aims to facilitate hospital discharge for Clients who are waiting for their long-term care plans to come into effect. The Service encompasses having an Interim Caregiver provide care for the Client at home for a time-limited period until permanent care arrangements are in place.
- Perform simple wound dressing and bandaging (dry wound)
- Feeding and assisting with oral and/or nasogastric tube feeding
- Assist in administration of medications and medications reminders.
- Provide companionship and recreational activities.
- Provide mentally stimulating activities.

- Attend to client needs and relay his/her request to the caregivers or Care Coordinators in charge.
