- Support field staff / field service supervisors with proposal generation
- Obtain Spare parts pricing
- Prepare estimates for approval in CPQ (with required input from field staff)
- Generate proposals for approval and send to customers (Follow up for feedback and PO)
- Verify customer information in CPQ
- Generate work orders and ensure proper documentation is received
- Inform field staff of work order information, verify schedule for delivery, communicate schedule to customer
- Ensure 100% completion of work in the field with field staff
- Monitor billing reports and unbilled items to ensure timely billing
- Follow up with customers to ensure paperwork/invoice received
- Check on job satisfaction as needed
- Ensure cash collection and follow up on disputes as needed
- Achieve spare parts targets
- Provide estimation and submit quotes to customers

• Conduct market research, gather information and find (conferences & exhibitions) for participation with advisory on involvement (sponsorship, speaking opportunity, attendance)
• Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
• Cooperate with communication and PR in digital marketing and PR campaigns
• Present our company to potential clients
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as emails, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs

• Handling specific number of customers in Export market such as Egypt and Europe
• (Attending to their calls / communications and replying their inquiries, preparation of quotations and Sales Contracts.)
• Directly responsible for keeping good relation with each customer in accordance with the company’s best interest and to ensure customer satisfaction (Handling customer complaints, Customer Satisfaction Survey)
• Responsible for the inter follow-up of all the customer orders, from inquiry till delivery of ordered materials
• Coordinates with various departments of the company such as Finance, Production Planning, QC, Operations, Materials, Logistics etc
• On matters pertaining to execution of Sales Orders
• Finance :- Orders Dispatch clearance, Overseas shipments documentation, Letter of credit (L/C) documentation
• Logistics & Operations:- Follow up on Production, Delivery / Shipment status of each order
• Preparation of Overseas Shipment Documents(Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, MTC etc.)
• Preparation of various SAP / Sales reports on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis
