c) Maintaining accurate records, timely billing to vendors and ensuring compliance with service standards.
d) Providing timely communication regarding course information and updates to management.
e) Key Performance Indicator reporting, involves tracking and presenting data that measure the performance of the department or specific initiatives against established goals on a quarterly basis
