**To check, replying incoming inquiry emails & attend the inquiry (Flags/Flagpole/Railings/CCTC Pole/Letterbox inquiry)

** Alias with customers, suppliers & Singpost (Related to Letter Box Project)
** To issue Purchase Order for material orders with suppliers, monitoring the receiving items
** To request Artwork/Shop drawings with the Design/printing department & forward them to clients
** To assist & handle any ad-hoc task given by the Director
** To fill all sales documents. Keep on updating. to maintain a proper filling system, update all files

ADMINISTRATION/HUMAN RESOURCE :
