As an operations crew, I am constantly surrounded by tourists and overcome many different situations that require me to think outside the box. My work requires me to abide to safety guidelines that allow me to safely load and unload guests. I also am usually surrounded with kids which teaches me a lot of patience, as well as how to communicate with them in order for me to carry out my work and ensure they can follow the safety procedures.

I have been working in the tourism industry for almost a decade and I've learnt to be more outgoing, as well as be creative with my communication in order to provide the best services for them.

• Support the Operations Manager and Assistant Manager in the safe and effective management of the Luge within budgeted objectives and ensuring the highest standards of safety, customer service and staff satisfaction.
• Ensure that standards as set in the SOP are always met.
• Supports the Team in case of conflict with guests or when there is a surge in customer flow.
• Responsible in ensuring pre-opening checks are completed prior to timely site opening to public.
• Responsible of the manpower management of the Operations Team.
• Responsible to ensure the smooth flow of operations and maintain safety.
• To deliver high quality interactions with guests and maintain good internal communication within the management Team, as well as staff and guests' responses within the Site.
• Responsible in ensuring that closing tasks are completed.
