Received booking request from supplier
Validated the booking requested by supplier with customer
Proceed with the booking and send the booking to Freight Forwarder before booking cut off.
Make sure all the booking request has been picked up on the requested date.
Create Advance shipping note once the shipment has been pick up
Updated the customer the booking status and provide report required by customer.
Fulfill customer request and attend to supplier issue
Validate the customer invoice and packing list once the shipment complete.
Prepare bank reconcilation
Manage supplier invoice and follow up the payment with supplier
Issue cheque for supplier , salary, epf and other utilities payment.
Filing and prepare documents required by finance manager
Manage admin related job regarding the management
Attend all company related matters event.
Customer service excellence
