  • I lead a team of8 Product and Supply Analysts who handle the Customer Operations for the ANZ Team (Australia and New Zealand) and I oversee the Daily Operations of my market

  • Lead discussions with different functions after performing analysis data and develop new processes by seeking concurrence with different fuctions and coming up with documentations to improvise current system that we have to create value and savings for our company which in turn leads to great customer satisfaction as well

  • Within a short time span of1.5 years being the team leader for ANZ, I again led my team to be awarded2 Power of You Gold Awards by our counterparts in the business for our strong collaboration with them to meet month end targets and I personally was awarded2 Gold and2 Pearl Power of You awards for leading the first time ever Career Fair for P&G, recognition for the outstanding service delivered in FY1516 to enable the best year in the ANZ business in a decade and for my outstanding efforts in executing with excellence to deliver our successful transition in New Zealand Distributor which enabled a seamless cut over.
