- My father is a great handyman and has taught me a lot about renovation and DIY. During my childhood, I often accompanied and helped him on building sites, so I discovered the world of work very early on. I did a lot of roofing and masonry work with him. I like this kind of work. What's more, I'm aware of the demand for construction workers in Australia.

- I worked for 3 months in a canoe rental company. My main tasks were to welcome customers, take care of equipment management (life jackets...) and transport them in 8-seater shuttles to the start of the trip. In the afternoon, I had to load 50-kilo canoes onto trailers (8 canoes per trailer). I really enjoyed doing this job because it enabled me to improve my relationship with customers, which became very good. What's more, this job was very complete, both physically and mentally, and taught me a lot of things, such as rigor and a sense of material responsibility, since I was driving trucks that didn't belong to me.

- I've done some temp work in removals to earn money while learning new trades. This one was the hardest, waking up very early (5:30 am) and putting in a lot of physical effort. The job mainly involved delivering fridges, washing machines, sofas, and other bulky furniture to customers. I worked 11 to 13-hour days for a very low income ($14 AUD per hour). Once again, I got my body used to heavy loads and intense effort. The disadvantage of this job is that I was not declared by my employer.

- I worked in this brasserie as a waiter during the summer season. During this experience, I learned to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations. Working as part of a group was also one of the qualities I had to develop, and I really enjoyed learning that. I was in charge of customer service and the relationship between the cooks and the terrace (waiter). It was my first declared job, and I loved it.
