• Assets Management for the Group in various countries - that includes Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Taiwan

• In addition, also continued with my role as Technical Advisor for Secured Logistics and Cash Management in Indonesia, China and Sri Lanka.

• Was tasked to spearhead new Business Entity under Transnational Indonesia Group.
• Hired and directed teams to achieve daily and long term operations and business goals.
• Main objective was to lead the drive to convert the Banking Industry in Indonesia to participate in our then highly innovative Customized Cash Management Solutions program.
• Accomplished very fruitful and high yield results in achieving to convert a large network of banks with more than 2,00 bank branches, more than 800 Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and handling daily cash value of more than US$ 100 million. These were carried out with a work force of more than 1,000 staff, 300+ special Armed Guards and more that 250 highly secured vehicles.
• Successfully established the company as Market Leader in the Secured Logistics Industry in Indonesia within a period of 3 years.

• Played an Instrumental role to set-up Joint Partnership with Central Bank Indonesia (Bank Indonesia).
• This partnership was essential in implementing and carrying out the "National Secured Logistic Distribution Solutions".
• With the partnership with Bank Indonesia, also played a vital role in establishing a Foreign Investment Company, PT Transnational Indosin. Thus was appointed President Director of the new Joint Venture Company - tasked with responsibilities to continuously expand and grow the market share in Indonesia.

• Vital role to lead & manage this Partnership Company (Joint Venture between Singapore and local party in Indonesia.
• Development of Highly innovative Solutions Program - "National Secured Logistics Distribution Solutions" (mainly catering for High Value and Time Sensitive items) from banking industry in Indonesia.

• Upon completion of my work tenure in Hong Kong, was re-assigned back to Singapore as General Manager.
• Implemented operational strategies and effectively built customers and employees loyalty.
• Managed budget implementations, employee reviews, training, schedules and contract negotiations.
• Took on additional role as Technical Advisor for the Company's operations in Indonesia.

• Was assigned to this newly set-up sister company of Transnational Group in Hong Kong - that provided both International & Local Courier Services in Hong Kong.
• Managed a very challenging situation due to extreme tight labor market at that time. There were massive migrations of local Hong Kong residents seeking residence / citizenship in other countries - due to the impending handover of Hong Kong back to China in 1997.
• Controlled costs and optimized expenses via restructuring of budgets for labor, capital assets, inventory purchasing and technology upgrades.
• Accomplished multi tasks within established time frames.,

• With great exposure gained from managing both Operations and marketing Departments, was promoted to General Manager.
• Managed budget implementations, employee reviews, training, schedules and contract negotiations.

• Established "National Secured Distribution Logistics Solutions" program to work with Banking Industry in Singapore and Automated Clearing System in Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). This essential customized solutions program resulted to more secured and enhanced security, whilst reducing cost and maximizing productivity.
