- Sustain and improve the process to meet quality, cost, and productivity requirements
- Analyze Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts using SPACE to maintain quality troubleshooting rates for SPC inline OOC/OOS
- Implement the CAS immediately and effectively for Yield Defect Density (YDD) HL, hold lots of disposition, and follow up with the respective tool and chambers
- Work with equipment personnel to assist in production by clearing Front End of Line (FEOL) tool group alarms, such as LAM and TEL, in accordance with SOP
- Assist engineers in the qualification and fine-tuning of processes for production
- Maintain the hold trend (WIP) at baseline
- Follow up in accordance with the tool group after wet clean, open chamber, and full setup.
