- MYE Issue, Renewal, Updating the master sheet
2. Proficient with WPOL & EPOL; Maintaining employees' records, HR documentation, and monitoring the renewal of employee passes (S-pass / E-pass) and submitting renewals on time while coordinating with MOM Officers for submission outcomes.
3. Monitor, handle, and submit MOM work pass-related matters, including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
4. I helped SDK company to be removed from the Watchlist of TAFEP. (I am the one who submitted to the TAFEP Officer and coordinated with her, following all the guidelines to be removed from the TAFEP WATCHLIST).
5. Handling Government Support Schemes - Submitting applications for support schemes and verifying received payments:
- Government Jobs Growth Incentive (JGI)
- Jobs Support Scheme (JSS)
- Wage Credit Scheme (WCS)
- Senior Employment Credit (SEC)
