· I familiar with SAP, ERP and Sage system

· Spare / wear / consumable Parts Order processing for CNC Sheet Metal Machine Tools, Laser Technology

· Actively monitoring and following up shipment process with multiple levels of customers, both internal and external or custom and 3rd parties.

· Actively monitoring Return-parts

· Customers Invoicing

· Responsible for the preparation of data and analysis of relevant information.

· Collaborate with internal TRUMPF Departments (Sales, After Sales and Service, Accounts & Finance) on assignments

· Perform relevant analysis of financials of the Spare Parts business, including but not limited to pricing, costing, warranty, etc.

· Perform relevant analysis of Spare Parts Inventory (i.e. inventory levels, appropriate reorder points, backorders, on-time shipment etc.)

· Import License management

Assisting procurement team in doing negotiation, vendor selection, receiving purchase request, and creating purchase order (SAP). Scheduling the shipment of operational equipment & supplies for every branch such as delivery equipment, sorting equipment, and package equipment to all Lazada branch in Indonesia with another logistic partner. Storing records and documentation of all asset purchases. Familiar with SAP system

• Follow up & negotiation supplier by email and telephone (local)
• Incoming goods non-inventory
• Checking invoice from supplier and input data into system (ERP)
• Issue PO to supplier
• Request,check & confirm Shipping doc draft (Invoice, PL, HS Code, PIB, BL), cooperate with local forwarder.
• Follow up shipment from supplier (Japan, Thailand)
• Issue abnormal report whenever there is damaged (NG)
• Issue evaluatiaon sheet supplier & follow up mail every 3 month to supplier inventory -Input goods receiving note (GRN) into system (ERP)
