Is a migration project from legacy AML system which is currently on Actimize to Oracle Mantas.Is a transaction monitoring application used for Investment and corporate clients of Credit Agricole bank.

Role/Responsibilities - I have been working as a Business Analyst and Developer

As a Business Analyst,

·Engaging clients in gathering software requirements/business rules and ensuring alignment with development team.

· Evaluating risk related to requirements, implementation and testing processes.

· Prioritizing business requirement as per criticality and impact to the business.

· Reviewing effort estimation for requirements.

· Preparing design and test strategy documents.

· Conducting SIT and assisting UAT.

· Conducting product demos to the users

· Handling vendor management (Oracle)

· Assisting development team with requirement clarifications

· Interacting with downstream team for feed management.

As a SQL developer,

· I applied patches and did end to end UAT testing.

· Involved in the coding and testing of CCR works which were based on SQL, PL/SQL and shell scripting

· Played major role in Windows server migration.

· Have done data mapping for Actimize-AML ETL process

● Applying patches to enable the Oracle Multi-Language functionality for HCM Canada Bread setup

My Roles/Responsibilities

● I supported 6 applications (GES, GES Data Mart, CENSUS, REDIS, PLANVIEW, GENCOM). All are Manufacturing applications.

● Acted as an Admin and provided access to all users as per the request made by them in GES registration sites.

● Used HP Open View service center to handle tickets.

● Tickets are based on GES application’s functionality and user access issues for GES, Planview and Redis applications.

● Apart from tickets, worked on IMACS (Admin work to create user ID’s for CENSUS and GENCOM app).

● Worked in GES application Upgrade from v5 to V9.

Role/Responsibilities

• Provided solutions for any processes that experience failure, and re-execute, in their entirety or in part, so that all processing is completed correctly.
• Responded to Client’s requests for assistance with problems (for business-related solutions) associated with online, user interactive processes and modules.
• Documented the problems encountered and solutions applied to update the knowledge base to be used by the team in providing production support.
• Used AppWorx, UC4, SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix Shell Scripts for providing production support.
• Attended daily status conference calls with clients at the end of the batch cycle.
• Involved in the coding and testing of CCR works which were based on SQL, PL/SQL and UNIX shell scripting and also creating and scheduling the modules in APPWORX.
