• Produce high-level security risk assessments, travel advisories, election highlight reports, and real-time situational updates for Meta's leadership on developments in APAC.

• Conducted physical and technical security reviews and security risk assessments in line with industry good practice and standards (including ISO 31000:2018).
• Coordinated and supported the Director of Crisis & Security Consulting to manage Control Risks' third party vendors across the India and South Asia region to successfully execute security operations and protective services as and when required.
• Assist clients across APAC enhance resilience through development and delivery of crisis management and business continuity plans and training workshops.
• Engage in and lead client meetings, interviews and facilitate training workshops and be trusted adviser for security and crisis management related projects.

• Security audit of steel plants and smelter units of an Indian mining company in Jharkhand and Rajasthan.
• Site audit and route assessment in Sri Lanka for a Japanese client.

• Crisis Management training for a select group of employees of a US-based multi-national workforce management software and services company in Noida (Uttar Pradesh and part of NCR).

• Core responsibilities included managing a team of security specialists, sales & marketing support,delivery of location-specific (Pan Asia Pacific) travel-security briefings (verbal and written) to clients, and editorial work.

• I worked from International SOS' regional headquarters in Singapore on secondment, leading the critical day-to-day development and delivery of all-source intelligence production as well as security-related assessments and advice (both written and verbal) to clients operating in the Asia Pacific Region.
• During my stint in Singapore, I attended client meetings and spoke at a Sales and Marketing event on security outlook for India and Bangladesh, 2018.

• I spent around two months on secondment at International SOS' regional headquarters in Singapore, leading the critical day-to-day development and delivery of all-source intelligence production as well as security related assessments and advice (both written and verbal) to clients operating in the Asia Pacific Region.

• Compiling and sending reporting schedules at frequent intervals during the business day, ensuring relevant items are forwarded to APAC Regional Information Manager (RIM)/APAC Regional Information Analyst (RIA) for coverage on Travel Security Online (TSO) portal.
• Draft and publish travel security updates for TravelWatch-India daily and weekly products. Send SMS alerts to clients on for key incidents in India Provide research and drafting support for monthly Spotlight report as required.
• Provided support to Operations, including compiling rolling briefs on developing security incidents and responding to client queries.
• Maintained and relayed monthly India security reporting and case metrics. Contribute to the Monthly security e-newsletter.
• Optimized core processes to improve performance and operational agility.

• Update city and country guides across APAC on International SOS' online portal. I drafted several new city guides during my tenure as a researcher.
• Day-to-day work also involved scanning for maintaining an upcoming events' database and scanning for reportable from the APAC and Europe & CIS region.
• In 2013, I was awarded for my outstanding contribution in the financial year 2012-13.
