  • My role at Panasonic is predominantly designed to maintain brand integrity across company's key marketing initiatives by planning and execution of communication and media actions on various channels with a primary focus on digital media for both BtoC and BtoB Product Categories.
  • Over the years i have established a strong online presence for multiple categories of Panasonic Products including Air conditioner, Home Appliances, Kitchen and Beauty Appliances by developing and implementing tailored communication strategies within key niche markets. This resulted in Increased brand awareness and boosting of social media engagement by 101% YOY since 2021.
  • Over the years, i have managed to create more than 74+ commercial assets in local language for various product categories to be posted on TV, Digital, and other OOH media platforms, elevating brand's consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Organized and managed large-scale events, ensuring seamless execution for maximum brand exposure.
  • Developed strategic partnerships with various B2B business stakeholders to expand market reach and drive sales leads.
  • Spearheaded various corporate social responsibility initiatives in Cambodia such as Light up the Future, Eco Relay, Kids Witness News etc. that enhances community presence while aligning with the Panasonic's core values to promote company's reputation and positive image in the Cambodia Market.

  • Introduced a new brand identity for the LAUGFS brand which includes category segmentation, product re-positioning & designing of a new brand logo based on detailed market research.
  • Successfully re-launched LAUGFS Lubricants brand in March 2017 : resulted in 68% growth in volume, 58% growth in Market share & 78% growth in brand awareness vs LY.
  • Pioneered the launch of e-commerce based lubricants sales platforms for the company by diverting traditional sales mix to a modern direct sale link.
  • Successful implementation of CRM portal for LAUGFS CAR CARE services for the first time in company's history.
