• Drive reputation management team ensuring effective reputation management for PETRONAS in ensuring license to operate. Lead the team in identifying reputational risks, run thorough assessment and play an advisory role in recommending effective mitigation plans

Drive the planning, execution of audit exercises focusing in Upstream and Corporate sectors ensuring operational effectiveness & efficiency, reporting accuracy & reliability and compliance to governance, applicable laws & regulations. Audit exercises conducted: JV Malaysia, Upstream Digital, Reservoir Well & Facilities Management (RWFM), ENERGAS, Legal Compliance for PEGT and Upstream Malaysia Assets, HR Recruitment Process and HR Data.

• Drive commercial analysis and recoverable costs resolution for PETRONAS Garraf and other ventures in Iraq (Badra and Halfaya) including negotiation of service contracts. Caretaker of the commercial arrangement and agreements.
• Drive the DPSC amendment initiative for PETRONAS Garraf including commercial terms strategy, analysis and lead the negotiation team with various stakeholders including Ministry of Oil and Host Authority. Drive risk management activities. Drive collaboration with SOMO (Oil loading coordination sector for Iraqi oil) and PETCO on oil shipment program. Lead effective stakeholder management with partners, host authority and Ministry of Oil, Iraq.

Drive commercial analysis and resolution for Africa/Europe Upstream International countries (Sudan, South Sudan, Mozambique, Ireland and Egypt).

Drive the business strategy, planning and performance for Exploration Malaysia including budgeting, exploration wells program and planning. Indirect report to VP Exploration Malaysia.

Drive the business planning and performance for Exploration Malaysia Department including budgeting and exploration wells planning

Execute business strategy, planning, performance and risk management for RSPOC, a JV between Carigali and other partners in offshore exploration Sudan.
