Certis Resource Contractor (CRC) pre-qualification and eligibility –

• Engaging potential CRC to share with them on the Certis Resource Contractor (CRC) Partnership program. Qualify CRC will be selected for this program.

AOP (Approval of Purchase) –

• Crafting & sending approval email to seek approval from Certis Board of Directors, GCEO, Chief Exec and Dy Chief Exec for budget for new/ adhoc assignments.

Assigning of Assignment to CRC -

• Managing of Resource Contractor Management System (RCMS).
• Publish Bid into Resource Contractor Management System (RCMS) for new assignment.
• Negotiation of rate that were submitted by CRC outside the range of the pre-approved CRC Price list.
• Awarding Bid to respective CRC
• Renewal/ extension of contract

CRC officers Management –

• Officer registration
• Verification of new officers in RCMS to ensure skillset and bio data provided by CRC is valid
• Register officer for Certis induction program
• Ensure rostering is done by CRC and send weekly to Certis
• Attendance Tracking

Quarterly review with CRC –

• Quarterly review with CRC to highlight on their performance and feedback

Performance review for CRC –

• Conduct bi-annual performance assessment on CRC based on attendance, punctually and quality for the past six months.

Routine Compliance Checks –

• Conduct routine checks on supported site to check on PLRD, notification and ops non-compliance.

Liquidated Damages (LD) –

• Tracking and enforcing liquidated Damages (LD) for CRC based on Shortfall LD for failure to supply manpower for each occurrence and Operations Lapses LD for non-compliance with the requirement
