Nicole Zheng

I am a friendly and responsible polytechnic student with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. I enjoy interacting with children and supporting their learning in a safe and encouraging environment. I am currently seeking a part-time opportunity during my holiday period where I can contribute my energy, patience, and teamwork while gaining valuable working experience.

I spend my free time every weekend volunteering in my neighborhood through the programme organized by the EtonHouse Community Fund. Together with other volunteers, we organize fun activities for children, including storytelling sessions to help them develop a love for reading, as well as art and craft activities. I always feel a strong sense of accomplishment when I see the smiles on the children’s faces and I truly enjoy interacting with them. Furthermote, the volunteers are very friendly, and we work closely as a team to ensure the children are well cared for and safe at all times. Through this meaningful experience, I also had the opportunity to meet new friends from different industries, making the experience both rewarding and enjoyable.

I am currently a polytechnic student and I enjoy working with children. I am patient, responsible, and comfortable guiding primary school students with their homework and daily activities. I enjoy reading, arts and crafts, and simple educational games, which I believe can help keep children engaged and make learning more enjoyable. Through my school projects, I have developed good communication and teamwork skills. I am also able to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese, interact well with children in a supportive and positive manner. I hope to create a safe and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable learning and asking questions.
