I personally secured the Master Franchise for Gram Pancakes from Osaka, Japan, and established it as the first pancakes brand in Singapore in 2019. Our initial outlet at Vivocity Shopping Mall was a tremendous success, consistently drawing impressive crowds and gaining significant media exposure. We achieved a 100% ROI within three months and saw continued growth in sales and profitability. We expanded with a second outlet at Waterway Point in August 2021. Over five years, Gram Pancakes has become known as the best Japanese souffle pancake shop in Singapore, with high customer ratings and positive feedback. I also innovated new menu items, managed social media engagement, and maintained strong financial performance, achieving widespread market presence and high customer satisfaction.
