Job Scope :

• Analyze tender document and tender drawing measurements.
• Request quotations from subcontractors and suppliers based on the Bill of Quantities (BQ). After receiving all quotations, analyze and compare them, then prepare unit rates for the tender.
• Analyze construction drawings and perform take-offs. Place orders for required construction materials.
• Ensure smooth progress of works and material delivery during the construction stage to avoid project delays.
• Liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding construction costs, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Collaborate with the project manager to prepare monthly progress claims, including demarcation plans and relevant documents.
• Prepare all supporting documents for variation orders.
• Certify subcontractor work and prepare subcontractor progress certificates.
• Prepare final accounts and engage in discussions with consultants and clients.

Job Scope :

• Monitor customer demand and check for material readiness
• Analyze customer forecast and prepare weekly report
• Based on the shortages report, prepare weekly report and meeting with customer to update on the material cleanliness for each model and production output
• Prepare weekly system report to review critical material shortages and follow up with buyer
• Based on the material readiness, schedule production accordingly and ensure delivery on-time to customer
• Coordinate and checking daily production running process and output
• Liaise with relevant team to ensure production run smoothly
• Prepare excess exposure claim due to demand cancellation

Job Scope :

• Analyse tender document and taking off based on the tender drawing
• Based on the BQ, request quotation needed from subcontractor and supplier. After receive all the quotation, prepare and fill in the tender documents.
• After receive the LOA for project, purchase the materials required for the entire project and arrange delivery of materials to site
• Analyse and taking off based on construction drawing
• Review the construction drawing and report to contract manager if any difference in costing
• Prepare and break down the costing estimation for the entire project.
• Record the progress of work daily
• Prepare weekly work done progress report to management
• Prepare documents for any changes in design or specification of project
• Assist in preparing monthly progress claim, final account and supporting documents for variation order
• Liaise with subcontractor and issue work order or LOA for subcontractor. After the job is awarded, make arrangement for subcontractor to mobilize into the site.
