- Focus on ECD management where injector wells are long horizontal wells and narrow drilling margins (fields heavily fractured and some blocks with fast depletion).

- SIMOPS to maximize offline activities, production up-time and long duration of simultaneous drilling/ commissioning/ production

- Completed the campaign with 448 Goal Zero days and lower execution cost vs plan.

• Optimized the offline and online operations/ activities including equipment/ tool readiness for upcoming operation.
• Captured the after-action review for upcoming operations learning (both drilling and completion), tracking non-productive time and known loss time, costing and micro-KPI for operations.
• Led Value Stream Mapping for the operations performance improvement.
• Engagement with contractors for upcoming operations requirement such as mud, pit management, platform crane requirement etc (planning ahead to avoid downtime/ waiting time).

• Part of the team members in Global Rig Start-up (GRST) and assisted in the closure of GRST action items during the rig tow.
• Led the closure verification of Fire & Gas detection, loose lifting gear register, temporary register, and verification on Fire & Gas detection on both tender and DES package.
• Introduced and implemented barrier ownership sheet and prompt cards to all crew onboard and provided the coaching session ensuring their understanding of the individual barrier.
• Successfully implemented 100% observation/ STOP cards participation onboard SKD Esperanza.
• D&I focal point on the rig- prepared the poster and slides for the rig and chopper briefing slides.

• Retrieval of the corrosion caps with both ROV and guidewire to surface and modification of the corrosion cap to trash cap.

(ii) Tuntong-1: Deepwater exploration well drilled in North Luconia Deepwater Province, an area characterized by large scale pre-MMU fault blocks and comprises a carbonate pinnacle.
(iii) Marjoram-2: Deepwater appraisal well- drilled with PMCD through carbonate reservoir.
(iv) Malikai Top Hole (First DP vessel to drill top hole): Used the “Mud Return without Riser” system.
(v) Lalawak-1: Deepwater exploration well with “High Temperature” well to explore the Deepwater parts of Northern Luconia

2. Ensco 8504

(i) Marjoram-1
• First Deepwater BTR-S PMCD deployment on dynamic position rig for Shell & Ensco globally.
(ii) 2x Gumusut Kakap Gas Injector Wells (GK-G103E and GK-G302E)
• Narrow margin drilling well with single zone gas injector wells and completed as an open hole gravel pack.

• Reduced contract negotiation time by proactively addressing potential roadblocks and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Enhanced team productivity through effective communication and coordination of contractual requirements.

• Independently handled the cementing operations of Petronas Carigali, Newfield, Exxon Mobil and Shell which includes simulations on cementing, cement slurry and spacer design, proposed centralization, logistic for chemicals/ cement/ tools and personnel (HPHT wells, Gas Wells, Stage Cementing)
• Prepared end of well reports and submit to client in a timely manner, complete with analysis, problem solving and lessons learned.

• Field engineer/ supervisor for pressure pumping services:
  ❖ Cementing operations includes bulk plant load out, cement head, cementing testing, cement pump, data acquisition set-up and monitoring, field bulk equipment, and treating iron rig up operations.

  ❖ Coiled tubing operations includes coiled tubing units, N2 pumps and data acquisition.
