As a diligent and proactive student, I have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence and personal development. Currently enrolled at Hwa Chong Institution, I have cultivated a solid foundation in subjects undertaken, achieving an A in my Project Work and many more As to come. Beyond academics, I actively engage in volunteering through being a driven ExCo member of HC Interact Club, which have further honed my interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. I am eager to leverage my academic background and practical experiences to contribute positively and thrive in dynamic environments that value innovation and continuous learning.

Volunteer 

Tembusu Active Ageing Centre (2023-Present)

Over the past 2 years, I have had the privilege of engaging with and supporting senior community members in various activities and programs. This role has allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills and empathy while fostering meaningful connections with the seniors. As a volunteer, I alternate between house visits and organizing center activity sessions for the seniors weekly. Through providing companionship to seniors, my understanding of the importance of community and the value of service has been enriched. This experience has not only honed my communication and teamwork abilities but has also deepened my appreciation for the wisdom and stories shared by the seniors I interact with. Volunteering at the senior activity center has been instrumental in shaping my perspective and instilling a sense of purpose in contributing positively to the well-being of others.

Facilitator 

Project Bisrama 2024 

Project Bisrama is a flag ship event organised by HC Interact Club in collaboration with Its Raining Raincoats annually, in hopes to provide a day packed with performances and fun-filled carnival games for the migrant workers living near Terusan RC. As a facilitator, I played a pivotal role in coordinating various aspects of the event, including volunteer training, activity setup, and participant engagement. This experience has honed my communicationskills, allowing me to thrive in dynamic, community-oriented settings. I am proud to have contributed to an event that fosters inclusivity and brings joy to underprivileged communities, reflecting my commitment to making a positive impact through service and advocacy.
