- PAYROLL
- Pre Payroll activities before payroll processing [SAAC+ SAAH]
- Manage TMS for operations/shift employee [OT, Shift allowance]
- Full payroll process for SAAC + SAAH
- Monthly payroll Journal to Finance
- Monthly FTE report
- Prepare Legislative reports inclusive of monthly statutory payment
- Responsible for timely tax filing [including IR21 and IR8A]
- Manage payroll related queries from employees
- Ensure employee benefits including claims, reimbursement as rules and regulations
- Support annual and ad-hoc internal/external payroll audit
- Manage all Government grants/fund [JGI, SEC, WCS & etc]
- Manage all Government Claims [GPML, GPCL, GPPL, NS
- Etc]
- Manage workmen compensation
- Assist in budgeting
- Assist and participate in Annual Increment, Bonus + AWS
- Assist in secondment Invoice from MOE and Sunray & provide cost allocation to Finance
- Manage FWL variance for Finance Bank reconciliation
- Upload Payroll to DBS Idea for bank approval by GCEO and FC
- HRBP
- Staff Exit Clearance
- Pfile organising
- Staff Welfare
- Staff enquiry on HRIS
- Achievement: Successful streamline payroll for both SAAC and SAAH
- Well managed and organized all payroll related matters and journal report timely submission
- Have convert to Part time in January 2023 and still handling the same portfolio not limited to HR role.
