I worked in a student-run kitchen for six months, where I received practical experience in every facet of culinary operations. I studied and created different recipes, improved my plating and preparation techniques, and learnt ordering and stock taking. In addition, I developed my organisational and collaborative skills by organising and carrying out culinary operations. I now have a understanding of kitchen operations and a passion for cooking thanks to this experience.
