1) Arranging for the assembling of TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) parts by parts and Electrical Wring of BCU to BCU (Back Up Car) and connecting of Hydraulic hoses to each BUC for initial drive and main drive of changi bound.

2) Arranging for laying of HT cable for TBM main power from sub-station to TBM’s AMU.

3) Liaise with PE, RTO and LTA for HT power turn on.

4) Arranging of services pipe line from surface area to tunnel inside and batching plant installation, ECM plant installation, air compressor plant installation on surface and battery charging station for locomotive and CCTV installation works on site and Troubleshooting and repairing of TBM during tunneling works.

5) Dismantling of TBM parts by parts and HT power shut down. And disconnection of cables and hydraulic hoses.

6) Attend daily co-ordination meeting and discuss about site progress and site technical issues on site and safety matters.

7) Liaise with RTO for daily site inspection and discussion if any technical issue on site.

8) Make sure the site safety and daily briefing in toolbox meeting.

9) Arranging and discussion of materials order with procurement department.

➢ Handle repair & maintenance work on electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, refrigerating, services for various pumps and mechanical equipment.

➢ Maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing general electrical and mechanical works.

➢ Supervision of contactor for repair job to meet the required standards.

➢ Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. ➢ Trouble shooting and servicing Pumps, motor and electrical control panel (DB), PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) at production machines.

➢ Repair & maintain production Auto machines inside clean room.

➢ Operation of water treatment system.

➢ Maintaining and servicing Chiller system, AHU, FCU, water treatment system and electrical distribution system.

-Electrical wiring installation( Lighting , Power )

- Pump motor maintenance - MUD pump room sensor control

- General alarm, fire alarm system maintenance.

- DOL–Panel control installation.

- Reconnection for generators terminal.

- Installation Trip-pump motor & Cable laying

- Installation (Power Switch Socket Outlet )-Receptacl.

- BAS (Building Automation System)

-IDGP (Intelligent Data Gathering Panel)

-Sub-station ATS System, Panel control, ACB, VCB.
