• Assist residents to go through handwashing regime before meals.
• Assist to shower frail and weak residents and help them with moving around
• To supervise bathing of residents daily
• To ensure residents are properly attired and clean at all times
• To change diapers for residents
• To assist non-ambulant and semi-ambulant residents with toileting and other needs
• To ensure the residents are groomed regularly with hair cutting, shaving and nail trimming
• To serve and respond to residents with attentive care
• To report and assist the Duty Officer and Staff Nurses during an medical emergency
• To assist residents during meal times
• To maintain the over-all tidiness of the home
• To wash, mop, vacuum dry the disinfect dormitories
• To check toilets at regular intervals to ensure they are clean and in good condition
• To change residents bedsheets at regular intervals
• To provide feedback on general repairs and maintainence requirements of the home
• Any other duties as assigned by the management

1. Attends to the needs of patients, ensure their safety, comfort and well-being

2. Report patient's needs to Staff Nurses

3. Assists in transfer and positioning of non-ambulant patients

4. Check, monitor and record patient's vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration and etc

5. Assist during meal times by serving and feeding patients

6. Ensure the comfort and good personal hygiene of patients such as bed bath, shower bath, changing of clothes and bedsheets and keeping them dry and clean

7. Dress wounds and provide skin care

8. Performed nasogastric tube feeding and taking parameters and hypo count
