- Provide assistance to patients who are unable to feed themselves by serving meals and offering support during feeding times.
- Set up and organize meal trays in accordance with each patient’s dietary requirements.
- Support patients with bathing, grooming, and dressing to help them maintain proper personal hygiene.
- Frequently reposition patients who are bedridden to prevent bedsores and promote their comfort.
- Keep track of and record patients’ food and fluid intake, as well as their urine and stool output.
- Take and log vital signs, including temperature, heart rate, and blood pressure.
- Ensure patient beds are clean and comfortable by making and maintaining them regularly.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute medical supplies, dressing materials, and trays as needed.
