  • Acting as event coordination, organized workshops and meetings, coordinating with both internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of administrative tasks
  • Working and preparing from the beginning of the workshop process, contacting vendors (hotels), getting the price proposal, and preparing for a comparison price sheet to align with the procurement policies of the organization
  • Act as a key contact person for each workshop arrangement and logistics
  • Managed and filed Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) data into the system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation for future assessments
