I am currently working as a NDT Level 3/ Cell Leader, Leading a group NDT Inspectors. My responsibilities include:
- Technical publication review for SPM`s, NADCAP checklists , NAS410/EN4179 and various products etc repaired for CFMI, Rolls Royce , Pratt & Whitney & GE engine components.
- Authoring and updated Standard operation Procedures, NDT written practice , RT, MT,PT & various Swab Etch procedures.
- Maintaining NADCAP accreditation, and obtaining and maintaining customer approvals for MRO & OEM divisions over the years.
- Experienced in setting up new x-ray systems , various Penetrant lines & modification to MPI machine to suit a specific Technique/Product.
- Training and certifying Level 2 personnel for local and overseas divisions , provide on the job Training for critical products.
- Capable of establishing critical and complicated Techniques for OEM/MRO facilities in Radiography and MPI methods.
- Approve, Endorse written procedures and NDT operation sheets.
- .Also am responsible for the daily running of the department, covering items as schedules, productivity reporting, interviewing and organizing the work flow to ensure on time delivery.
- Participated in overseas training program's to locally develop manufacturing and source control repair capabilities.
