I am a first-year student at ITE College East, currently pursuing a certificate in Sports Management. Despite being dyslexic and facing difficulties with spelling, I have developed strong verbal communication skills through determination and practice. My part-time experience at Oasis Dog Daycare allowed me to provide exceptional customer service and dog handling, enhancing client satisfaction through effective communication and attentive care. My ability to collaborate with the team ensured a safe, clean environment, showcasing my adaptability and quick learning to better serve our furry clients and their owners.
