Results: ~250 CRs , being responsible for Incident and Change Requests, Testing and Quality Assurance.

• Developing and Implementing the Test governance which are in place since TaO implementation in Brazil. • Supporting users through validation of solution deployed against requirements, leading test run in accordance with the best testing practice, as a result getting their sign off for Incident/CR on time.

• Managing risks/issues, identifying critical paths, prioritizing and escalating in the Project Command Centre.

Results: 14k Tests Components, ~4k Defects Closed, 140 resources indirectly led by me, Strong relationship with Local, Regional & Global team. As a result, Project fully delivered on time, successfully recognized and awarded in BAT Group. I worked in 3 Roles: Test Lead (all function areas); Defect Manager for Finance; Hypercare Incident Manager for Finance.

• Planning resource allocation, test scripts delivery, data & RTPM for scenarios, ensuring acceptance/signoff criteria items were in accordance to business requirements and global template for starting test execution phase.

• Training Resources (~300 people) in test procedures, tools, scope, and objectives.

• Ensuring all testing tools were in accordance with global template, available and operational.

• Maintaining the track & records of test results, like progress Log, evidence repository and defects management in HPQC, providing daily status reports, also hosting meetings at the local, regional and global levels.

1- SCM SAP Integration Project Manager:

Responsible for the SCM Integration Project Management . This project cover the design and the configuration of the interfaces between the legacies Information Systems from Nissan and SAP (modules FI, CO, MM, SD, WM, PS) including the activities below:

• Scope Definition, Cost, Schedule and WBS;

• International team;

• Control the activities execution (physical and cost progress);

• Development the project management reporting and conducting status meetings;

• Mapping and Stakeholder management;

• Risk management;

• Monitoring the analysis and definitions about business requirements and Changes Requests needed;

• Monitoring the interfaces development and configuration;

• Planning the test methodology ;

• Monitoring Tests Script;

• Unit testing Monitoring, UAT and integrated tests;

• International workshops organization;

• Others BAU activities in the Project.

2- NISSAN KICKS R&D Project: In 2013 I was part of the employee group in charge of R&D of the vehicle KICKS in Brazil. I was involved with the pre-project design definition and the initial cycle of the product deployment. The vehicle was launch during Olympic Games in Brazil, in 2016. KICK established itself in the Brazilian Market as a sales success.

I am very PROUD to have been part of these 2 projects at Nissan.

Responsible for agility process in the project management systems at Internacional Petrobras area. Working with requirements analysis in order to propose enhancements and rollouts for the processes in project management and investment management in the systems where the Oil&Gas Projects are managed.

Work was performed directly with SAP PS, also with the cross-functional modules (SAP IM, FI, CO, SD and MM). Beyond the others Petrobras Legacy systems. I was in charge of Change Requests management (Change Request process) and I worked in the requirements analysis / definition in order to find the best solution to attend our client, built the FS, in sequence sent to developmemt team to build the solution in DEV. I also followed the implementation / Tests and check if it was according designed.

Expertise in Consulting and analysis in Oil&Gas Projects to Petrobras International area such as the partner companies.

Specialized service in the third level team support (SAP PS, FI and CO modules) at Petrobras Project , in charge of:

• Functional support advanced in business process in SAP PS, including some activities in SAP FI and SAP CO. I worked in all level of the help Desk Support (Level 1, 2 & 3);

• Support and capacity building to training the level1, level2 and level3 teams;

• Developing, when necessary, documentation of new enhancements / deployments as scheduled versioning SAP ERP;

• Debug the production environment, using the user's key or key itself for analysis and identification of errors in order to draw up proposals for a solution if there is any abnormality detected;

• Referral of proposed solution to teams of 4. º level of service, when demand correction SAP ERP;

• Research Notes in SAP NET environment to identify solutions already known by SAP supplier and, when appropriate, propose the use of correction.
