• Knowledge Transfer to new Test Manager and shadowing activities as needed.
• Focusing on change lifecycle increasing quality assurance process.
• Supporting BR focusing on impact assessment and supporting CR service transition.
>> TaO (OneSAP) Stabilization Project - Test Manager for Americas - Mar, 2016 to Aug, 2017
Results: ~250 CRs , being responsible for Incident and Change Requests, Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Developing and Implementing the Test governance which are in place since TaO implementation in Brazil. • Supporting users through validation of solution deployed against requirements, leading test run in accordance with the best testing practice, as a result getting their sign off for Incident/CR on time.
• Managing risks/issues, identifying critical paths, prioritizing and escalating in the Project Command Centre.
>> TaO (OneSAP) Project Global Template - Brazil Deployment - Jan, 2015 to Mar, 2016.
Results: 14k Tests Components, ~4k Defects Closed, 140 resources indirectly led by me, Strong relationship with Local, Regional & Global team. As a result, Project fully delivered on time, successfully recognized and awarded in BAT Group. I worked in 3 Roles: Test Lead (all function areas); Defect Manager for Finance; Hypercare Incident Manager for Finance.
• Planning resource allocation, test scripts delivery, data & RTPM for scenarios, ensuring acceptance/signoff criteria items were in accordance to business requirements and global template for starting test execution phase.
• Training Resources (~300 people) in test procedures, tools, scope, and objectives.
• Ensuring all testing tools were in accordance with global template, available and operational.
• Maintaining the track & records of test results, like progress Log, evidence repository and defects management in HPQC, providing daily status reports, also hosting meetings at the local, regional and global levels.
