Responsible for:

  • Coordinate with QA/QC Managers to involve all quality related documents review and inspection. Prepare the quality related documents and engineering man-hours for Tender submission.
  • Review the project quality documents such as subcontractor / supplier / vendor PQP, ITP, procedure, etc. Carry out the audit along with Manager at their workshop.
  • To coordinate with site QA/QC personal to prepare the initial documents preparation, coordination with subcontractor and client, etc.
  • To coordinate with Site MHIAP QA/QC personal and client inspector/Managers to resolve the technical issues.
  • Supporting to Site QA/QC Personal to provide the technical advice and documents
  • Make sure to confirm and verify at site to comply the requirements as per project specification. Standards, codes, etc.
  • Review welding procedure specification, procedure qualification record and welder/welding operator specification.
  • Reviewing the material certificates such as mechanical properties and chemical composition as per code/standards
  • Witness the WPS, PQR, and welder qualification at vendor workshop. Carry out the inspection progressively and before release the product.
  • Assisting to QA/QC Manager to develop and implement ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 training Plans and schedule.
