  • This project is delivered to one of the Singapore Government Agency and is a referential project to the Agency, Oracle Singapore, as well as to Tech Mahindra for its complexities, Near Zero Downtime (NZDT) accomplishments, etc., implemented as scheduled, despite pandemic situations. Project kicked off on 01-Sep-2019 and commissioned on 15-Dec-2020; with the successful completion of Performance Guarantee Period (PGP) by Mar-2021 and Warranty by Mar-2022. Project was delivered using both on and off-site model and with the overall resources of 80+ at peak time.

  • Joined to provide Y2K solutions to all legacy applications in VAX VMS operating systems and eventually joined the ERP team to deploy PeopleSoft HR 5.8 application for AMD Singapore. Learned PeopleSoft hr application and grew along with the evolution of PeopleSoft application. During my tenure in AMD, implemented PeopleSoft HR application to AMD Suzhou and AMD Penang in 2000, upgrade from PeopleSoft hr 7 to version 8 to AMD US in 2001.
  • AMD Incorporation decided to move to SAP as a single ERP provider and migrated all the existing COTS application to SAP. Certified in SAP HR in end-2001 to become part of the US team as data migration lead to migrate PeopleSoft HR application to SAP.
  • In 2002, initiated the SAP HR migration to all Asian AMD plants and bringing the experience from AMD US, joined the team as regional payroll lead for SAP HR and payroll implementation.
