  • Liaise with Actuarial on the pricing and finalisation of product design and specifications;
  • Liaise with Product Implementation and Tech Team on the set-up of product rules and specifications to ensure successful setup of backend systems and sales portal;
  • Liaise and discussed with Underwriting and Claims on the underwriting questions, exclusions and concerns on Product Design;
  • Liaise with various stakeholders such as Legal, Actuarial, Compliance, Underwriting and Claims to for their comments and concerns on the draft Policy Contract and Product Summary
  • Review UAT results to ensure product is set up correctly according to product rules
  • Initiate communication document such as FAQ, Agency Memo, Infosheet and Factsheet to communicate on Product Launch or revisions to the Agency Force;
  • Review marketing materials such as brochure, sales kit, training deck to ensure consistency with product intent.
  • Successful launched the following types of products – Integrated Shield Plan, Term, CI (retail and digital), Medical and Shield, Personal Accident and Maid Insurance
  • Worked with TransPerfect for the translation (English to Chinese) of Product Summary and Policy Illustration of selected AIA High Net Worth and Participating products.
