Description - To analyse semiconductor wafers. It systematically scans the wafers, detects defects, and generates detailed maps illustrating the location and nature of any imperfections. This information is crucial for quality control, process optimization, and decision-making during semiconductor production. Additionally, the system may include features for data management, visualization, and integration with other manufacturing processes for seamless operation.
2. TiEthernet System for Customized Protocols
Description- To facilitate communication and data exchange between semiconductor manufacturing equipment and the manufacturing execution system (MES) or factory automation system (FAS). It enables real-time monitoring, control, and data collection from semiconductor manufacturing equipment, allowing for improved process automation, efficiency, and quality control.
3. Fingerprint Interface
Description - To enhance security and access control in some features in standard MIT system. By requiring operators, engineers and super users to authenticate themselves using their fingerprints, the system ensures that only authorized personnel can access certain features, or recipe / package data.
4. Futek Interface
Description - To accurately measure and monitor physical parameters and variables during production processes. These sensors provide real-time data on forces, pressures, loads, and torques, allowing manufacturers to optimize their processes, ensure product quality, and enhance safety. It helps improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize the risk of equipment damage or failure by providing precise feedback and control over manufacturing operations.
