  • Back up FP&AM during her maternity leave time and control treasury job smoothly.
  • Prepare financial reports (Sales, FS, HFM input and monthly country financial report for group submission) and all abnormal requests with no later than deadline.
  • Prepare forecast data, run simulation and submission and ad-hoc requests from Central regarding to forecast with high level of engagement and no later than group deadline.

  • Build new template for internal financial analysis reports (Price analysis by segment/ region, sales report to CM I by region, OPEX by function).
  • Complete JDE set up with Tableau team for fetching data directly for Dispatch volume report and product hierarchy mapping with no monthly manual submission.
  • Engage in Global BI project for data mapping and reconciliation.

  • Manage AP payment process including dealing with the bank with strong bank relationship.
  • Well-organized on payment and cash flow management, always keep average cash amount in VND non-interest account under 5BVND and don't need to break deposit for abnormal case.
  • Set up successful banking encrypt tool adapting to ERP system and run out payment data from JDE to bank directly for avoiding manual access, decrease human mistakes and corrections. Saving time and resources by using ERP master data, no more parallel maintain in bank and ERP's data.
  • Saving legal cost: prepare, submit and get the result of Registration of Hanoi office's Tax Code; New Long term Loan Registration to State Bank and Loan registration in changing maximum loan amount and converting loan principle into shareholder capital contribution; and Application dossiers for changing name and business line (ERC, IRC, Business License and legal seal) without using legal service.
  • Review Land use rights contract and complete the Application to get 2 Lots Land use rights certificate.
  • Complete part of payment process which contributes in AP Policy.
