Pre-Tender

• Liaise with Main Contractors for the tender drawings/ documents' addendum/ amendment, if any
• Conducted feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs.
• Working out the quantity for the Bored Piling Works from the drawings, BQ preparation, source for supplier and initial costing for management review/ comment for final quotation submission to Main contractors
• Follow up Main contractors if the tender is awarded
• Over 50 tenders were involved in quantity taking, initial costing, tendering and submission.

Post-Contract

• Call for supplier/ subcontractor quotation and preparation of cost comparison for the award of subcontract work
• Verify subcontractors' and suppliers' claim and issue Payment Certificate
• Handle monthly progress claims, payment, VO and finalization of accounts
• Liaise & establish rapport with consultants, QS, developers & contractors on the certificate of the claim for payment and contractual issue
• Check the work done with the construction professional, such as Project Manager and Site Engineer
• Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superior.

• Bored Piling & Secant Bored Pile work to the extension of existing air Traffic Control Centre at Sealand Road
• Bored Piling & CBP work for Hotel Development at Orange Grove Road

• Bored Piling work for Contract J111 Design and Construction of Enterprise Station, and Viaduct for Jurong Region Line
• Micro Pile wall for 39 Quality Road.

• Liaise with sub-contractors/supplier to ensure smooth progression and competition of work
• Support Construction Manager in planning of site construction works
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule of works based on base line program and as per project site requirements
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report and submit to Construction Manager
• Update daily manpower to the management
• Work closely with consultant/owner to ensure project is delivered according to requirements
• Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with the construction drawings, approved shop drawings and specifications
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation
• Prepare documents for request for inspection (RFI)
• Inspection of project materials delivered by suppliers
• Conduct regular inspections with supervisor, sub-contractor & RE/RTO
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims in a timely manner
• Undertake any other work duties as required by the project

Above mention tasks were performed at Construction of Industrial Steel Structure and RC Building Projects for Shwe Pyi Thar and Hlaing Thar Yar Industrial Zones, Yangon, Myanmar.

• Setting out surveying
• Supervision for concreting, reinforcement installation and material control

• Conduct meetings with contractors on technical and quality issues
• Preparing bar schedule and order the rebar for structure work
