My activities and roles:

• Assembly to order and calibration and Testing all size of safety valves.
• Sizing of safety valves in accordance with the leading global standards and codes (i.e. API 520, ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1, ISO 4126-7, AD 2000-Merkblatt A2)
• Calculates two-phase flow in accordance with API 520 Appendix C and fire case according to API 521
• Calculates inlet pressure loss, back pressure, reaction forces, and noise level
• Various types of documents are selectable (i.e. project reports, single-page reports, and ISA data sheets)
• Customizable report layouts (customer logo, address, etc.)
• Exportable in different data formats (i.e. XLS, HTML, PDF, etc.)
• Integrated parts lists and sectional drawings of all this company safety valves
• Support to globale and locale (ex Singlass...) knowledge,
• Service and repairs the safety valves.
• Support all Technical selles and Engineering side .
• Work with good knowledge SAP platform to use Production and stock and order managements.
• Support and planning Individual special solutions or new technical developments are made possible by the Engineered Order Management Team.
• Support to issues and service a worldwide network of company subsidiaries with their own technical consultants on site guarantees fast and uncomplicated implementation. Even with many international participants
• Support to project phases with technical advice and helps you to find the technically best overpressure protection for your objectives. As a result, you achieve higher efficiency for your plant without delays in later implementation due to technical uncertainties or cost increases
• Ensure Assemble and supply to order these are the prerequisites for an offer according to customer specifications and without deviations.
• Inspection & Test Plan and certification.
• Ensure and support to the safe delivery of the safety valves and the associated documentation at the agreed time and in the form required by the project conditions on site, nothing more stands in the way of punctual project completion.
