• Answering Phone:To handling the Guest call and deliver with proper LQA standards during the conversation with guest.To Marking the clothes and posting the laundry charges using MICROS.
• Collecting Laundry: Warm Greeting guests, receiving their laundry items, and carefully documenting the items received.
• Sorting and Processing: Sorting laundry items based on color, fabric type, and washing instructions. Preparing items for washing, drying, or dry-cleaning as per specific requirements.
• Operating Laundry Equipment: Operating and maintaining laundry machinery such as washing machines, dryers, pressers, and steamers according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintaining Inventory: Keeping track of inventory levels for laundry supplies (detergents, fabric softeners, etc.) and notifying management when supplies need replenishing.
• Quality Control: Inspecting laundered items for quality standards, ensuring they meet cleanliness and presentation expectations before delivery to guests.
• Delivery and Customer Service: Returning laundered items to guests in a timely and organized manner. Providing excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests related to laundry care.
• Adhering to Safety and Sanitation Standards: Following proper safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure a hygienic laundry environment.
• Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of laundry services provided, including guest preferences, special instructions, and any issues encountered.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other staff members, such as housekeeping or front desk personnel, to ensure efficient guest service and seamless operations.
• Flexibility: Being flexible with work schedules and assisting in other areas of hotel operations during peak times or as needed .I often worked as Bell-MAN whenever the hotel busy that moments like a lateral service.
