Boeing Conversion Freighter(B767-300ER)

• Removed and Installed Control Surface and actuator
• Removed and Installed Fuel line and apply sealant on the fuel tank
• Aircraft Jacking and soaring also weighting
• Removed and Installed main cargo door
• Performed AD, SB, and EO to comply with work cards

• Aircraft walk-around inspection(B747-400F, -800F)
• Servicing Engine oil and sampling
• Replaced Engine components (PRV, EEC, HMU etc)
• In the event stator system fails to operate, do manual start procedure
• Find existing fault and fault history by using MCDU
• Note ATA chapter, do MEL defer procedure in accordance with MEL number and complete DMP
• Using external power or APU power do operation test control surface
• Setup and apply hydraulic power for each system (EDP, ADP, ACMP- B747)

• System Function check in cockpit
• Performed Troubleshooting with System Schematic when fault is detected
• Removed and installed Engine and Engine components.
• Replaced LRU and Time change part
• Flight Control system Bench check by applying External Hydraulic or Electric power supply unit
• Jacking procedures and landing gear operation check.
• Visual inspection of the engine mounts before installing Engine.
• Servicing Hydraulic Reservoir and Nitrogen
• Towing Procedure
