2015- I helped my company to achieve my company goals (achieve 95% occupation rate and earn max profit from rental). We managed to be ranked 6 through E50 awards on Year 2015. The E50 Awards will be given to those companies who have contributed to the economic development of Singapore. My team and I were proud to say that we managed to contribute development of Singapore slowly by providing a place for construction worker to stay.
2016- In E50 reward, S11 capital investments maintain rank 7 and Value of turnover of the company is $18.6 M in 2016.
2017- Value of turnover of the company is $19.2 M in 2017. S11 Capital Investments build web application (https://core.smart-dorm.com) which helps to fasten the process of managing clients' expectation.
2018- I acquired the knowledge and skills to be a Risk Management Champion for the organisation in reducing risks at source by managing the risk and management process at workplace and for recognition of bizSAFE level 2 by Workplace Safety and Health Council.
It involves developing a practical risk management implementation plan for the organisation which identify specific actions to be taken, by whom and time for their completion. It also entails formation of risk management team, risk assessment, controlling and monitoring the risks, communicating these risks to all persons involved and in compliance with the Risk Management Code of Practice.

2019- ISO 9001 aims to provide a practical and workable Quality Management System for improving and monitoring all areas of your business.
Achieving the ISO 9001 standard is not about establishing a set of procedures that are complicated and difficult to manage. The aim is to provide a workable management system that is suitable for S11 capital. I was appointed as one of the internal auditor.
2020- During covid, I assisted authorities (MOM and MOH) to fasten the process to isolate covid positive residents in dormitory. For your information, PPT Lodge 1B is one of the biggest cluster in April / May 2020.
2021 - The sale of dormitory unit was dropped from 100% to 50%. Management and I managed the retention rate by offering them revised rate.
2022- In July, we finally achieved back 100% occupancy rate and sales went up. I assisted to provide monthly sales report, electricity meter usage, and water usage reports to Business Development director by using Excel Macro.
