• To take part in Multi slide Die casting programming through a production Team For making zinc parts.
• To perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the production process.
• To carryout production plan in accordance with planner and start production with QA approval.
• To carryout Tooling setup for sampling Tool and record the parameters in HYDRAULIC, HYBRID, PNEAUMATIC Multi slide machine.
• To carryout with corresponding parameters to be rechecked before the production start.
• Need to reduce the Downtime during production through Technical knowledge and increase the CPM.
• Coordinate with the respective Technicians operators and arrange meeting about production problem, quality problems including the closer to solve.
• To maintain the pressure level for Hydraulic system and to verify the condition of plunger, Feeder, Gooseneck, Nozzle in the Multi slide Die casting machine.
• To report production manager, control and monitor all activities related to Production.
• To prepare all PRODUCTION documents of the entire project including Material movement, work order and parts to secondary process and report operation head.
