• Perform engineering tasks efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
  Functional responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance are implemented on schedule for optimum performance of the unit.
  2. Ensure all unites are regularly check and maintained to have maximum availability.
  3. Maintain statistical and financial records.
  4. Manage spare parts for equipment.
  5. Carrying out quality inspection.
  6. Supervise in-house and subcontracted repairs.
  7. Technical support, services, and essential duties for existing and new installed utilities.
  8. Attend staff meetings, technical and management review meetings, and participate in group projects.

9.Visually inspected and tested machinery and equipment, performing routine preventive maintenance

• Projects: 1- Granada Mall.
  2- Abraj Atta’awuneya Twin towers. - Ensure that all over all preventive, corrective, routine and emergency maintenance works are carried out. (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, civil, etc.) - Routinely inspect all contracted service with contracted companies (Mitsubishi for escalators and elevators & MACE for sliding doors & Dalla for chillers &) to ensure performance measures are being maintained. - Assess tenants and occupants’ needs and complaints and ensure that their problems are being solved and ensure that customer is satisfy. - Follow up teams works. - Review MEP drawing for new shops to approve it. - Assist in inspection for shops under construction with tenant coordinator. - Provide requirements of shops under construction (utilities). - Supervise engineering projects inside mall - Follow up attendance of technicians and their personal actions (vacations & clearance and other requirements) with HR. - Manage maintenance petty cash to cover mall requirements for maintenance team, and prepare invoices, price offers and try to control costs and expenses to face priorities. - Make purchasing requests (PR) in dynamics system and follow it until material be supplied to side. - Analysis quotations and BOQ that related to maintenance in mall. - Coverage in any emergency breakdown works in mall any time. - Participate in mall’s improvement in maintenance side (planning to put standby plane in case of failure in any system).

  more than 150 equipment, Staff, Drivers and Operators.
• Established alternative possibilities and incorporated flexibility to balance costs with benefits to produce unique and cost-effective results
• Performed preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to maximize equipment performance
• Troubleshot and diagnosed equipment issues, quickly made plans for repairs and monitored use to rectify issues.

• Study received inquiries including projects technical specifications, schedules & drawings
• Perform needed analysis to select most appropriate units to client requirements
• Prepare technical and financial proposals that suite needed requirements
• Prepare job orders to factory with needed coordination between sales and production departments.
• Control transmittals and communications with factory different departments efficiently to guarantee smooth handling of work.

• Job description:
• Operates and maintains (stationery and Rotary) equipment, such as steam. generators/boilers, air compressors, diesel engines and all related equipment, such as pumps and piping systems, water treatment plants, lubrication systems.
• Hydraulic systems, Fire Fighting systems, HVAC systems, plant instrumentation controls and plant environmental systems.
• Perform maintenance work orders with required field isolation.
• Implement Safety and Environmental regulation of company within workforce.
• Attend and review commissioning procedures and tests.

• Shop Drawing on AutoCAD (HVAC system & Fire Fighting system& plumbing system), on project of New MOFA Building.
• Load Calculation.
• Duct Sizing.
