Run community-based workshops, events, and one-on-one sessions to introduce and guide individuals through the use of digital technologies. These sessions may be conducted in person or through virtual platforms.

Actively spread awareness about government digital initiatives like the Singapore Smart Nation initiatives and apps such as SingPass, TraceTogether, and other e-services that help improve citizens' daily lives.
