- I am one of the Work Leaders in Piping department which operate in Unit 24 Area 2A (Part of critical area in this Project)
- As a WL who lead the Team and carry out the work instruction from Received Authority (Petronas) & complying to the Permit to Work requirement at worksite
- In order to comply to PTW requirement all certificate and supporting document related to job shall be check and tick in Pre-Job Check List as required
- As part of the job, conducting visit to new site is the must as per section 6 in PTW and shall be sign as per section 7 together with RA and AAR
- Though I am new in the WL but this job shall be conduct in straight and safe manner
- If, I felt the job been conducted not in safe manner I shall STOP (Pause) and Assess the job condition on what and why the job is not safe
- Shall informed to Supervisor or Foreman, RA and Safety man to alert and ask for assistant to solve problem raised
- Last but not list as WL in closing the PTW, WL will collect all copy and ask for sign out from each respective position
- Making PTW and Check the PTW if the PTW are complete and comply with all the requirement needed to do a JOB
- Check all the certificate and supporting document whether is still can be use or needed to be renewed or changed for the work that is being done.
