• Attend to applicant's request for deferment in Signing Agreement for Lease/ taking possession of flat or early taking possession of flat
• Process applicant's request for exemption of private property ownership under H&D Act for purchase of HDB flat
Appeals Management
• Attend to appeals from applicants who deviate from eligibility conditions
• Assess case eligibility and offer assistance to deserving cases, e.g. medical grounds, financial hardship
