- Responsible for project management, maintenance and energy efficiency at all plant of PHN Industry
- Successfully managed and organize team to construct a new warehouse at Melaka and success to achieve the project schedule goals
- (Construction Job) Develop and implement a new periodical inspection for all facilities maintenance equipment and a new FMCS safety device at electrical sub-station
- Involve in CFT (Cross Functional Team) project in a title to reduce electrical cost monthly around 350k ringgit
- Develop new high roof way from operation plan to warehouse
- Coordinate and execute including PTW (Permit to Work) requisition with the suppliers and contractors during maintenance work
- Supervise and lead a team or individual maintenance to conduct monthly maintenance and troubleshooting
- Identify all the spare parts, material & services required and purchase all service material to perform all maintenance activities
- Prepare and manage the overall maintenance budgetary (CAPEX and OPEX)
- Involve in project management into improvement or renovation project
- Involve in a project and analysis electricity consumption vs company revenue.
