My work has involved conducting various stowage and lashing surveys on landing craft vessels and tugboats with flat-top barges. I have also performed an On-Hire survey for an anchor handling tug and carried out multiple pre-purchase condition surveys for offshore tugboats and an ocean-going oil tanker in Singapore and Batam, Indonesia. Additionally, I have conducted several pre-vetting inspections for oil tankers in Singapore.
In October 2024, I was appointed as a flag state inspector to conduct flag state inspections on behalf of the Palau International Ship Registry. This role involves ensuring that vessels comply with international and national regulations, including safety, security, and environmental standards. As a flag state inspector, I will perform thorough inspections to verify compliance with various maritime conventions, such as the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) and the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS).
