  • Estimate repair cost (RCE) and liaise with respective managers for consideration whether to proceed with the repair
  • Troubleshoot and investigate tool failures and report to the product reliability engineering team
  • Provide training to newly hired technicians & overseas technicians
  • Implement Technical Bulletins (TB) for tools that have high risk and elevated risk of potential failures
  • Inspect and measure tool components to ensure all dimensions are within specifications
  • Communicate with regional and global R&M managers and supervisors to ensure the documents and updates (e.g, assembly and inspection reports, calculations) are compliant to the company's policy and goal
  • Liaise with third party for inspection and repair (machining) work
  • Perform maintenance with witness of third party inspectors
  • Prepare Risk Impact Assessment (RIA) for new process or new design implementation
  • Prepare equipment's (BHA) as per operation requirements
  • Travel to provide technical & operational support at districts' repair and maintenance workshops in Asia Pacific Regions (Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei).
